Charise Pempengco is a Filipino singer that originally appeared on Oprah on May 12th. Oprah was so impressed and touched by this 16 year old's performance that she reached out to call the legendary David foster and told him he needed to do something for her.
She has the voice and face of an angel. She brought tears to the eyes and touched the heart of the FILIPINOs. We salute Charise for being talented, you make FILIPINO's a still PROUD.

charise pempengco, in a very young age received alot of recognition from people who are well known. and because she is also our fellow Filipino it made me so proud of her for the great honor she had given us. though we are full of talented personality then another person prove it all true and prove others wrong of what they think of us. you make us so proud of you charise and thanks

Well Charise is not really my favorite singer but she was proven herself to be a good singer so i am beginning to like her =) ... I am proud of her because she always proud to be filipino and she's our pride really. I hope there are lots of opportunities will come to her life, she said in one interview that she will be guesting in one of michael jackson concert too bad it will never happen she was really shock when she saw the news about MJ. But its ok i know there are many opportunities that will come your way, just stay foot and goodluck in everything. Filipinos proud of you!
