I have never been very fond of cartoons ... both in books as well as on television. In fact I dont think I have ever sat and watched any cartoons on television.

i'm one of those who do watch cartoons like teen titans and all. but i prefer japanese cartoons, or as an earlier post mentioned, they are known as animes. i love them, like naruto, bleach and inuyasha. these are some of the more famous ones, though i admit that rather than watching these, i'd rather be reading the mangas or japanese comics. sometimes, i too feel, should i be watching cartoons at all now since i'm getting older and all, and also, at times, relatives and friends are like, 'what? u watch cartoons?' but then again, i feel that cartoons help me to find an inner kid in me that i never knew existed. and it allows me to fantasise of things that could never happen in real life. that is one of the reason why i'm attracted to them. another is that of course, our heroes and heroines are really beautiful, pretty, cute, hot, handsome, etc etc etc...

I love watching the old Warner Brothers Looney Tunes cartoons, and Tom & Jerry. A lot of the old Disney cartoons are magic too.

I'm 18, but I absolutely ADORE cartoons. I think they're fun to watch and since I don't really watch tv all that often, it's a nice relief to get to see something that's relaxed and funny once in a while. That's why I enjoy them. I'd go insane if I had to watch things that were "adult" and "serious" all the time. :) We all need some amount of fun in our lives, and cartoons are one good outlet for it (though there are certainly many other options).

I love cartoons. Frankly, a lot of cartoons are not really meant for kids. Take for example this short list:1. Spongebob Squarepants it's a very disturbing show, why would you show kids a sponge who works for an old miser? They even show him wearing only his briefs and imply homosexuality between him and Patrick (have you watched that episode where they played 'house' and nursed a clam?) 2. The Simpsons that much violence in one show, are you sure kids should be looking at this?3. Drawn Together a lot of grown up stuff(funny yes, but kids won't get it) So my friend, nope that does not make you a kid. A whole new story if it was Dora the Explorer though...
