who really carries the relationship?

hey...r u raven???...ur profile pic tells that...so you are at mylot ....thatz good and good to meet u here .... I think its from both sides, when both are commited, then even if big storms come in life its sure that sure that ur river will find the coast......and if one is unfaithful then how hard you try to be good to him/her, you always have that danger of breaking up of that relationship sooner or later...so i think it depends on both

it depends... :) they say that in order for my partner to stick with me, i should understand him always and love him less... and in order for me to stick with him is for him to love me more that trying to understand me...

there was a time when a woman was pivotal to the relationship. they would never think of any other option no matter how tough getting through the relationship is. however, things have changed now and women are now least tolerant of any unreasonable behavior. they do not seem to be giving too many chances to relationships these days.

That's always happen in every relationship, it really depends on the situation. But don't be so sure that you're the one who carries the relationship... Remember a love relationship is compose of two person. If he/she really hard to understand things, you must be the one who understand. There's no perfect relationship at all..

it should be BOTH because it is not just your relationship. it's your (as in you and your girlfriend's) relationship. if it's always just you who adjusts and compromises, then (i'm sorry to say this) might as well get a dog. a dog would do fine as a companion, it would always be loyal to you, and you have the mutual understanding that YOU should be the one to adjust to it's needs because you're the master. a relationship is a two-way street, having it otherwise is both tiring and useless...
