Why are my questions still in the Unresolved button if they are already resolved

Why are my questions still in the Unresolved button if they are already resolved? And how do I put them to resolved? THanks to the myLot users some of my questions have been answered. Thanks again.

Select the best response in your discussions and it switches to resolved. I would only do so with discussions at least a month old or something. It still happens that I get responses on discussions from months ago.

Hi, To remove your discussions from unresolved tab you need to select BEST RESPONSE from the given responses. I hope this helps.
