I list an item at ebay and I am so happy that someone bid win the item. I have received the payment from the buyer, and happily wanted to do the packaging and the item is ready to be sent to my buyer.
What happen now is she send me an email. She ask me to refund to her as she said she get the same item on a cheaper price. She did not mentioned how much cheaper is she getting.
What should I do now? Should I refund to her and relist the item for others buyer.

I think you have to return her money unless you stated on the auction no refunds. If you want though you could always contact ebay and ask them if she can do that. Just to insure it doesn't cause you any unneccessary trouble.

Yes, to return or not, we have stated clearly on the descriptions. But somehow they just do not bother the description that much.

Unless you said, no refunds in the description you will have to return it unless you want to have a bad reputation in the reputation list which does affect you as people will look at it before they will buy items of you which is why I always give back money to people who want refunds unless I say that it's not refundable to make them aware so I dont get into an argument with the user who wants to buy.

Itsmauricecassidy, Thank you for sharing with me. I agree with you, I did not stated no refundable in my listing hence I have refund to her a week ago. I hope to get good reputation in my feedback.

I think that is all up to you.. unless you specifically state that you do not take refunds in your auction page. When someone bids on an item, they are agreeing to a "legal agreement" between the buyer and the seller..and the reason she is giving you is not a legit reason to refund someones money..so therefore, i would not refund their money!

I think i will give refund to her since I seems she is a fussy buyer. I refund to her so that she would not go for any dispute and claim back the money from pay pal. A fussy buyer might want to do this to ME!
