I usually drink 4 glasses of water a day ....work has been really busy ... I can't drink too much because every time I leave my desk I have a bunch of messages on my voice mail ...I know when i am on vacation in 2 weeks I will be relaxing and having lots of me time :)

I drink a lot of water... may be 5 tall glasses. it helps me stay full and also healthy :)
