Where is the "no posting blog link" rule?

I have been reading that we were not to post our blog links in a discussion or in a response but I can not find this rule. I have been posting my link in some discussions and responses about diabetes and one for diabetic recipes. I have read the do's and don't's but can not find any rule that does not allow us to post links to sites that are not referral sites. Please if you can copy and paste the rule or let me know where to find it. This is the only one I can find about links. Coppied from the "Don'ts" Post any links promoting other affiliate programs or that do not pertain to the discussion. Posting the same link over and over or posting links that have no relevance to the discussion is not allowed.
