What brings me joy? It is more than one thing, my child, my passion, my music and my pets are some of the things that bring me peace. Love brings me the most happiness, loving another and opening my heart but nothing beats the feeling that I am loved.

What gives me joy?... lets see....
1. Wake up in the morning, I feel joy because I still have a chance to see my family and the world.
2. Going to work, I feel joy because I still able to meet with my colleagues and doing my job.
3. Having breakfast, lunch, dinner and other snacks, I feel joys because I still able to taste the deliciousness of world delicate food.
I feel joy on every occasions, and at this very moment I feel joy responding to your thread.

Things of beauty:
My childrens' laughter
Nature
Music
Art
Learning something new
Not sure what the men vs the women will say but I'm betting that the women will lean more towards family, children, love....

"'Tis the gift to be simple,
'tis the gift to be free,
'tis the gift to come down where you ought to be,
And when we find ourselves in the place just right,
It will be in the valley of love and delight."
That is what 'JOY' is to me. It is more than pleasure, happiness, love or even being loved but it probably needs all (or nearly all) of these to happen. It is being where you ought to be and knowing it.

So many things bring me joy. I find joy in driving to work, listening to the birds, watching my dogs play, hanging out with my grandmother. I think that joy is very important to have in your life and if you take the time to look around, you will find it in more places that one.
