Well it seems that Michael left everything to his mom and kids and to different charities. NOTHING TO HIS FATHER JOE JACKSON - I love that he did that. Payback is a $#%*&. So its been revealed that Michael requested that if his Mom dies before him or if she is not able to care for his kids in the invent of his death he would like Diana Ross to be their guardian. What do you think about this? I wonder if she knew and if not how does she feel about this. She is 65 years old and his mom is 79 years old. I truly wonder why he didn't leave them to one of his sister's who are alot younger?? Your thoughts are welcomed!

Well I believe if you have a father like Joe Jackson anything can happen if you are not a strong individual. I have never heard anything bad about Diana and her kids pertaining to her being a mother. Her kids seem to have turned out good. I just think Michael should have left the kids with one of his sibiling someone younger than Diana at 65 or his Mom at 79. By the way Anniefannie how are you feeling? I guess since you are back on mylot things have gotten better for you. Take care and thank you for responding.

we don't know what really happens in some familys and why we are like we are but i don't think the Jackson had a good life they were pushed so much.i don't know why some of his younger brothers or sisters wouldn't take the kids in but he must have had some reason in not asking.I do hope they have a chance of being happy children.yes i am better not to much that i can go boot shooten.lol thanks for thinking of me and i still can use your prayes.glad to be back

This was clearly a person who did not exist in the world of reality. Diana Ross is an alcholic, and while I'm sure she did a good job raising her kids, why would she at the age of 65 want to take on the additional burden of taking care of someone else's children? Michael's mom is not in best of health herself, and I would question her ability, as well, to raise anyone's kids. Look at how her own turned out! She let her husband beat and abuse her children. That's why Michael was so screwed up. Ultimately it will be up to a judge to decide who the children should go to, thank God.

i laughed my butt off when i heard joe got nothing. that's what people get sometimes when they're mean to their kids. better hope the kid doesn't become famous. my dad worked for the cowsills briefy and he said the mom could be mean too.

Oh my the Cowsills I remember them. As for Joe he didn't deserve a thing. He is a user and I'm also glad he didn't leave him anything. Thank you for responding.

it is his business who he wants to raise his kids. i do think it is harder for older people to raise children. it is a full time job and then some and the older you are the less energy you have and the less patience. i am a late bloomer to motherhood and i know it is so hard at my age and i am 48 and have an 8 year old. i do not know if diana ross knows or not but i would think that he would have asked her permission first before naming her as guardian. that is not something you just spring on someone because they may not be willing or able to do it.

This is funny because now at 52 I feel I have more patience with my granddaughter than I did with my girls when they were growing up. I guess its different for everyone. Thanks for responding.

I am not surprised that Michael did not include his father in his Will. I think that he probably had trust issues. He seemed to be very paranoid person with a lot of social phobias. I agree, it is really weird for the kids to be left in the guardianship of two older woman who could have (God forbid) health problems at any time. I do hope that the kids will manage to further grow up without emotional damage, although this seems nearly impossible.

Michael was misunderstood as far as I'm concerned and he was not I don't think love by his father at all. Making fun of Michael's nose growing up and then beating him. Having no playtime always in school or studio. I truly believe the kids will be ok with either Katherine or Diana. Thanks for responding.

that is exactly the ideal thing to do, jackson's will should be divided between his kids, his wife and any other peson that cares about him, he should not show any pity for those who left him when the going was tough for him and the will must only be shared among those who deserve them

His ex-wife was left nothing. She got her money when he was alive when they split up is how I see it. I think his decisions in the will were made wisely and I just hope he is at peace now. Thank you for responding.
