my friend asked me, "do you prefer to be a richman's dog, or a poor street beggar ?
for me, of course a richman's dog, cause i'm a lazzy guy. to be a human is quite tough, you have to think of your future, yuor kid's future, and many other things.

I'd rather be the latter. Being a poor beggar would just be a just a portion of your life and what you make of it will be the one that counts. This does not really say that humans are in fact "better" than dogs; we have our places in this universe but I'd rather be a man.
This now reminds me of Bruce Goldwell [http://tinyurl.com/m25vr7] a homeless man who became an international author. This is something you really can make up, right?

This is not an easy question. On first thought, maybe being a rich man's dog would mean luxury and comfort, but it would also mean boredom and lack of purpose. I would never be a beggar, though. I'd choose poverty, and then use my brain and drive to climb out of poverty and be a contributing member of society. Are there still many places in the world that even allow begging? It's illegal here, but we do all we can to help people find useful jobs to support themselves.
