Hi kinger_raj,
I don't think you can change your cell phone IMEI no. IMEI no is like identity card for cell phone and every phone has one of those.
And, I don't really understand why you want to change it anyway.

I just generaly want to know that can we do this thing and u saying that it's not possible buy am saying u that i heard that this is possible with some codes and if u want that code i can send u but it's all on ur risk. ok bro.

I am afraid that i will loose all my information or credit by doing that. You know how people steal our information or make a long distance call and bill it to us? This is what they are doing.
And, I don't think I need to change mu IMEI no without any reasonable reason.
