What do you usually do to keep healthy?

Well, for me, I have several ways to keep my body healthy. I don`t like taking the bus, so I usually ride my bike to office for about twenty minutes. And after a day`s hard work, I call some friends to play ping-pong, badminton or basketball,depending on the weather, for about one or two hours. Besides these activities, if I have more time, I would like to do some exercise in the exercise room. Therefore,I awayls have a healthy body to enjoy life. My dear friends, do you have a healthy body and what kind of exercise do you usually do? Have a wonderful day!

my laboratory is long away form my quarters.so i always ride my bike to my laboratory for about ten minutes.i always paly basketball three times a week.sometimes i call some friends to running together.and i think my body is very henlthy.(*^__^*) ……

well,life style is very important to everyone. Just like you can always find a good way to do some exersice without spending extra time and money. I think you must enjoy it very much and earn a lot. Happy mylotting!

i often participate in sports,such as playing basketball,table tennis,jogging and so on.the most important thing to maintain a healthy diet is to the rule.not throw into confusion the biological clock.there are my views.

Well, it looks like you and me sharing the same activities. I wish we can play balls together, but I know it`s impossible. Aha, just a joking. Keep going and having a good healthy would trengthen your body enough to have a healthy body and enjoy veeryday.
