I escape reality sometimes just because i can how do you do it

Everybody escapes reality at some point in time..so what im basically trying to figure out is how do you escape....it doesnt really matter what ya say i dont judge lol

I can just shut myself in my room an be whoever/whatever i want. I also like to drive off early in the morning and sit somewhere quiet or maybe just dress up and go for coffee or something... When I say 'dress up' I mean in clothes that are not everyday casual, not dress up in fancy dress - though I'd do that too
