Do you feel comfortable waking up early in the morning ?

As quoted by Benjamin Franklin, "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise". When there is some work to be finished, I like to stay late at night and I feel so uncomfortable to wake up early in the morning. If I do wake up, I feel sleepy and dizzy throughout the day. Do you also feel like same ? or you are already on your way to health, wealth and wisdom ? :-)

i sleep late at nights so i wake up a little late in the morning but i there are times and days when i wake up early in the morning. on such days i feel that i get more time to finish of work. i feel fresh and i also feel i get some extra energy and enthusiasm for everyting that i do. the phrase that you have quoted is very true and has deep meaning behind. if you wake up early and get a morning walk in the fresh air then you would feel apositive energy within yourself.

You are true. It also happened to me once. I woke up early that day. Even though I was feeling a bit sleepy, I manged to finish pending work by using those extra hours.

When I was employed to work I never had an issue with waking up early and getting to work before everyone else turned up so that I could get a head start before all the general hustle & bustle of the day started. But since I started working from home I generally prefer to work into the evening and later if needs be and wake up naturally to what my body clock tells me. Guess that means I am never going to be healthy, wealthy and wise, lol.

In these long summer holidays we could really live without adhereing to any time but I have recently found that earlier to bed and earlier to rise suits me better. Now if I have a later night I still like to wake up at the same time in the mornings and feel much better for it, I prefer to be tired enough to sleep when I go to bed which does not happen if I lie in in the mornings. The holidays give me an extra hour in the mornings though, now I can wake at 7.40 instead of 6.40 which I have to do in term times to get my son off to school. At the moment it is too hot to want to do anyting after 10am so the early rising is more beneficial to my days. Nowadays I feel more sleepy in the day if I rise later so intend to stick to my new regime of the same waking time every day.

Because of my current online job related activities, I goes home always at around 5am. After eating, I will have to sleep at around 5:30am. Then, I have to wake up at around 11am, in order to prepare myself for my work which will start at 2pm. So as a result of my sidelines of looking for money online, I feel uncomfortable during the day, I feel sleepy at work. But anyways, I try to managed my stress, I take vitamins in order to support my health. What I can do? Life is not a bed of roses, we have to keep on looking for something in order to improve our potential. Our potential to grow in these very tough world...

For me I'm not ready to get out of bed till around 10 AM and at the earliest 9 AM if I happen to have to be at work at 10 in order to open. But the problem is the time that I go to bed. Normally I'm not even thinking about going to bed until 1-2 AM hits so therefore in order to get those 8 hours I'm waking up at 10 anyways. Now if I started to go to bed earlier then perhaps I'd feel better about waking up earlier but its harder to change a sleeping schedule that your body is completely adjusted to. So its possible - it will probably just take a week of feeling slightly miserable until you get the hang of it.
