So normally when people reach the first payout on mylot they are excited and happy to reach their goal and so may be it will take time and much activities here..but when you really received it have you ever realized that these are just 10$?So have a delusion or try to improve your activity?what kind of thoughts normally follow to that in relation to the payout?

Even 50 dollars is not that much, but we also learn to appreciate the value of money, how we get the money and how difficult it is to get the money nowadays. But then again, since this is not a website to just earn money but to learn and to make new friends plus the fact that you open a discussion that people can answer. This is good for students who have assignments and need some comments from people all over the world. Happy Mylotting and thank you for sharing your thoughts. Jeff

$50 IS NOT MUCH AND I DO AGREE with you o that but the issue is the satisfaction that comes with knowing that there are still true and honest sites out there who live up to the expectations and also the fact that you get to learn so much from your visiting the site

I am happy with the $10 when I reach the payout. It's $10 more than I had when I first started. Also any money helps at this point and time. Plus people are here more for the friendships and venting fustrations and getting advice. Earning money is secondary because honestly you don't get paid much at all for the things that you write.

You are absolutely right dream. To have that small money is just secondary. If we need money, we can do part time job anywhere and we can get more in just an hour or two. But there is something here in mylot that you get addicted. I think the interesting discussions plus the friendship you start to get. I am happy to be here and I will continue to respond and post more discussions. Happy Mylotting Keep posting Jeff

Out of curiosity, you mentioned that you earned 12 dollars for your first payment. Then all in all, for that much post you have made, how much money you get. Actually, you will answer, not a lot. Not even enough to buy something. But when you think enough that you are here for something else aside from earning, then you are in the right track. You actually post something without noticing that you are also gaining in monetary terms. Just what I have said before, the money you receive is just a bonus in this website. It's really exciting to see yourself reach first payout even though it's just a small payment of $10. Though I haven't reached my payout limit till now but I am excited about getting close to my payout! More so because I enjoy being here and taking part in various discussions. So it's like I am getting paid for having fun!!

yes, you have to do a lot of work if you're attempting to reach the monthly payout from posting alone. I've earned myself aound $40 each month these last couple of months but that has been about 98% tasks. I dont think many of the tasks pay fantastically, but its a nice little top up in the middle of the month. I dont bother trying to post huge amounts of discussions on here, as I know that I'm not exactly going to be earning a second income by doing so. Happy mylotting :)

I was posting for only three days and I have in my earnings 3 dollars. But you can notice that I did not post that much. I only post 60, which means, I have 20 post or discussions or comments in a day which is an easy task. You even enjoy making a post plus the fact that you also get answer from people. As what you have said, you learn a lot from different people all over the world more than earning money. Happy Mylotting Keep posting Jef

Yes. I think about the real payout here. I try to be as active as possible also to try to earn more each month than just the $10.00. I work alot of other sites also so this money is extra.

With so many sites claiming to pay and not paying, this site is a pleasant surprise. Not only do we enjoy interacting with the mylotters here, but we get paid for it. The payment is really not enough, but the fact that we enjoy sharing our views and ideas makes it a worth the while.

For me I am here for money but I like being able to get to know people as well as starting discussions. I think it depends on the person and what goals we have concerning mylot or any other site we work. I wish I could earn more but I think I have been happy so far with what I have come up with. Take care and happy mylotting to you as well.

Apart from money, another important think is participation in discussions, making friends, clearing our doubts here with our friends, and lots more. Money is a added advantage. So don't just think about money, think about active and healthy participation.

i do think about it,but not much. i'm here, money is one thing, and others are another important thing. what are the others? to learn language from the native english-speaking people, to feel the culture all over the world, and also to share our culture,to make friends, to find solutions to some questions in life,to settle others' questions, and so on.

The money we actually earned here is considered as bonus. If we are looking for real money, then we better work and find a job that pays more than 10 dollars. I can clean a house, sing in a party, do other things and I can get more than 10 dollars. It just means that being here in Mylot really means a lot. From the name of the website itself, Mylot, it can possibly mean I have a lot. A lot of friends, lots of people known, lots of discussions to talk about, lots of interest to chose from. I love myLot because I can share whatever I can think of. I can talk whatever I want as long as it does not violate the rules here. I also can say, I do not deny that I do not like money, but as to what I have said, it is just a bonus. When I get my payout, I can use the money to get my sister a little toy or something to send to my mother. Then I know that I have worked hard for that simple thing and at the same time, I learned a lot, I gained friends. Happy Mylotting. Keep posting Jeff

I have given it a lot of thought and know the hard work involved to earn the $10.00 payout. However, I enjoy the discussions and overall simply being here. The money, in my opinion, is secondary to the learning I've experienced through myLot. Not to mention the friends that I keep in touch with away from myLot through personal email addresses. It's been a good experience.

I'm here mainly for the discussions. I posted a topic not long ago where I compared the earnings here to finding a dime in a parking lot with the finding a of a dime, in effect, producing a much higher rate of return for the time spent. Almost any regular type job would pay so much more than here that ther really would not even be any comparison.

To me it is a form of saving and as it goes into paypal I can also buy things with it when it has accumulated, so I like it when payout comes even though it means comeing here everyday yet at the same time I don't think of the earnings it is lovely to come and respond to my friends...LoLo

We are on here to make money and to save for our future, but it's also fun. I find that if i work hard enough I make more then $10.00. Once we get married, we'll search for jobs, but until then we're just going to make as much as we can on here. My fiance and I are very happy to be on this site. We don't worry too much about the money, well unless we really need it.

I joined at first for the payment. I realized that when I need to find some information about anything someone on here knows something about the subject 99% of the time (so far). So things that you may not find answers to on yahoo, goggle, etc.., there is a good chance that you can get an answer from MyLotters. I mean sometimes it takes an actual person, humans have life experiences that others can learn from. This is a place where we all can share our own experiences and learn from others.

Happiness comes out of participation in discussion. Winning friends is another prize. To enjoy and be happy that's a lot of pay not just the $10 money!
