i love peaches , to me they taste just like nectarines, however they are different by their skins, peaches are really furry and i can't stand the feel of that in my mouth its like trying to eat kiwi skin so i had to resort to peeling the skin which meant i ended up with a small bit of peach that was very messy to eat

Hi, OConnell87. Yes, I can eat a peach. I love peaches. I prefer peaches that are very firm, sweet, juicy and cold on in the inside. I don't like peaches that are soft and too fuzzy. It makes it very hard for me to eat peaches that are too soft.

My country exports fruit and we have here at least 10 different kinds of peaches. Some are fuzzy skinned and some arenĀ“t. Some are harder and others are softer. The soft ones are the ones that make a messy eating. But they are usually the sweetest. I never eat the skin of a fuzzy skin peach. It does something to my teeth Anyway, at the same season, I prefer apricots and I have a tree at home so they are also free Take care

Why not? A medium peach (75g), has 30 Cal, 7g of carbohydrate (6g sugars and 1g fiber), 1g of protein, 140mg of potassium, and 8% of the daily value (DV) for vitamin C. A little difficult to eat doesn't mean compared to the benefits. Let consume fruit every day.
