I am just wondering how many of us here are working. In my case, I have a fulltime work but I still manage to drop by here in myLot almost everyday. I got addicted to it. I enjoy being here in myLot. You, do you have a fulltime work? How do you manage to still participate actively here in myLot? Thanks

How much time do you allocate here in myLot? So, you only sign-in here after your work, which I guess during night time? Anyway, Thanks for your response.

I quit my job to look after my daughter. Now that she's more than 2 years old, I'm looking into advancing into a new career. I hope to be able to make lots of money despite the economic downturn. I have not been here for quite some time and now trying to resume my activities here. I kinda miss my mylot friends here and wondering what they have been up to over the past few months of my absence.

I have a not-so-fulltime job at the moment. Luckily, I was one of the workers that was retained in the office. We have a small office - maybe about 13 people before this recession. Management decided to do some layoffs, mainly to cut cost, because we didn't have a lot of projects coming in. They laid off 3 people, and cut hours. So i'm only working 30 hours.

I have a full time job and I also participate in myLot from time to time. I treat it as time killer these days meaning whenever I have free time left, I will visit here and see if there are any discussions I feel like replying to. That extra cash, maybe very little, is still better than nothing.

Yes, I have a full time job, which takes most of my time each week day. So, I could only come on to myLot in the evenings after I get back home. I still like to myLot atleast a couple of hours a day, to post and respond to messages, and see how fellow myLotters are doing. It is certainly very relaxing after a long days strenuous work.

Myself, I don't have an actual job, I work at home! I guess you can say it's full time, though I make money when I want to. I slack off quite a bit, cause I don't have that "job" mentality anymore, I've been out of work for about 2 years now and been doing quite ok since then! Since I've been surviving on my own, I don't plan on going back to work any time soon....

Hello friend,
I have just completed my engineering and I've been recruited by an IT firm. The problem is that I get to join my job in September and till then I am trying for a job but I have not found one yet. Hence, I do spend a bit of time here.
Even when I was in college, I used to take out a bit of time for MyLot, even though it wasn't an awful lot. May be once every three days and some more time on weekends.

I don't have a full-time job right now... I was laid off from my previous 2 jobs within days of each other... I'm looking for a job right now but I live in a small town so it's been really difficult to find one. Luckily, though, it's a college town so most of the college kids are gone for the summer at this point, which means new opportunities will open up. Until then, I'll keep trying out mylot. It seems to be a pretty cool website so far. :)

I don't have a full-time job in terms of standard jobs. However, I am self-employed with my own real estate business, and every month all I do is receive rent, make payments, and in rare occasions I'll get a call that something on a property needs work and I'll go do that. Most months it takes less than two hours to upkeep my business, and I make a salary that is equivalent to what my husband makes while working 35 hours a week. This is why I have lots of time to look for ways--and keep up with them--to make a little extra money to go toward retirement or just savings.
I joined myLot this morning and have come to like it a lot. I like communicating with others and hearing their opinions...and even if the earnings aren't much, I'm still getting paid for doing what I love. :)

Its nice to know that you like myLot. This is really an enjoyable site as you can share you opinions to others and you can also seek advice from others here, plus you can earn some extra amount. I also want an apartment business, i think that it is really a profitable business without consuming much of your time.

I don't have a fulltime job cause i am eighteen and still in college. Its summer vacation therefore i get a lot of time online ...and on mylot. I did try to get some part-time jobs but were too heavy for me. They make you work like a hammster and pay you a penny for it in part-times.....

Yes, I have a fulltime job. I am a financial analyst in a BPO company here in the Philippines. My job is from 2pm to 11pm. But after it, I actually proceed to an internet cafe and do my job as a notes writer. I am being paid $1.5 per hour.
My schedule nowadays is so hectic. I only have 5 hours of sleep everyday. That is why, I always feel uncomfortable during office hours. I am always sleepy. But I have to do this in order to have an extra income for myself and for my family as well, who are always my inspiration in my life...

I have fulltime work, I am a fulltime teacher. However, my job is only contract which renew annually based on demand from school. It's not permanent but at least I still have a job (something that I am thankful for in this recession period) I still have time for MyLot since I spend hours on the Internet during my leisure time. Besides, I can't just work but no play, that'll make me a dull girl right?
