How many days it takes you to get to know the person you are dating?

it takes months and sometimes years to know someone.

you do not date many days in 1 week its ok. if you date twice in a week the important is your girlfriend/boyfriend is date in a twice a week...

I think this maybe take me about three month, I'm a shy girl, and it's hard to know a person totally, so this will take a long time to know a person well, I think job background, his education, these are easy to know, we can just ask, but habits, like and dislikes will take us some time to know.

It took me a while to learn a lot about my fiancee, a few months before I knew a majority of stuff about her, she's shy and we hit it off pretty quickly, been together for over a year now :D

When I date people, I think that one of the most important goals is to know that person. :) In order for me to know KNOW the person I'm dating, I guess it varies, depends on how open or honest that person is. I used to date someone for 3 months, but it seemed as if I haven't known him that much because I wasn't sure if he is being honest to me. My ex boyfriend, my guy for almost 3 years, I dated him for 2 months but we got along very well, and our relationship lasted. If you're looking for a serious relationship, I suggest you take your time in getting to know the person. I think its also good to start as good friends first, because from there you'll really know everything about that person. :)
