How often do you go shopping for clothes?

I tend to shop for clothes every month. I love shopping, even though i usually end up going to the same store. But its always a nice experience.
I was wondering since the whole Financial crises, has it affected people still spending on clothes and fashion?

I don't intentionally set a schedule for shopping. I would like to minimize my spending as much as I can because I know that there are things more important that I need to save for like my kids' education. But when I happen to see something that I really like, I would not be able to sleep until I am able to buy it so I would start setting aside money to buy it. I usually make it a point that if I buy something new, I also give something away so that my cabinet will not be too overcrowded with clothes that I seldom wear.

we always visit the store every week for the week's supply of groceries. it is in this store where cheap items are on sale too. after shopping groceries, we usually walk around with no intention to buy ... just look around for new beautiful displays. it is always my daughter and i who end up with some clothes for us. i feel guilty already spending money for clothes that are only piled up in the already-crowded clothes cabinet.
last week, we embarked on a "decongestion" activity ... aimed at freeing space in our clothes cabinet and we had filled up a few boxes therefor. we are done with giving away some boxes, 2 are left for distribution yet. we are giving away clothes to relatives in the province.
discipline ... discipline and no more impulse buying for us, especially on clothes.

I tend to shop every month. It's a good thing I shop for vintage and secondhand stores.the prices are lesser, but I can scour good unique finds.I guess I am lucky to find great vintage stuff.I even found a Marc Jacobs black skirt, for the fraction of the original price.
