Usually, I stay up late every evening, and when I wake up next morning, I just don't want to get up at once, I'd like to keep lying for a few minutes while awake.
If it is not a working day, I'd like even to lie awake for hours. Do you also feel lazy to get out of bed every morning after wake up? Do you think it is a bad habit?

I sleep late too but I always wake up very early because I get to use the computer then. My son stays up playing his games and I don't have the heart to stop him from playing so I just wait for morning to come. Cheers!!

I always wake up early and get out of bed right away as long as I have work to do, that is during weekdays. I have noticed that if I wake up and stay in bed, I get the feeling of tiredness and usually get lazy to stand up. But If I wake up and just get out of bed right away, I really feel good and active. So as I wake up, I go out of bed right away, and do my morning habit.. drink my coffee. Well I do stay in bed a little longer during weekends.

The kids and I have all been being lazy since summer. I am not really a morning person but I also don't like sleeping in that long because then your whole day is gone. I feel like you can get so much done if you wake up early. I feel like if I sleep into late then I fell run down even more but there are a lot more times when i just want to sleep in later and not want to get out of bed.

I used to get more things done, but now I realized that there're too much things, you will never get all of them done. I will not work so hard as recently. And I suggest you not wake up early just for the purpose of getting more things done, though I agree you to wake up early,

Hi getitok, I stay up late as well. I usually go to bed 10 minutes or so before 1am. I always feel energetic during night time. I just feel reluctant to leave either my laptop or book and go to bed straight away! That's why I feel lazy to get out early in the morning.
I like lying on my comfortable bed as well as hugging my soft pillow for a while. I'm then willing to leave them. I believe it's normal that most of us have such habit as well.
During younger days if I didn't get out straight away after I woke up, I would fall into sleep again very fast
Happy posting

I am definitely not a morning person and there are many days I have trouble getting out bed but I usually make myself get up. I am responsible for the rest of my family so I have to get up and make sure everyone is taken care of, plus I like to get up a little before the kids so I can have some me time before they get up, but getting ouf of bed is never an easy thing.

I guess it depends on how I slept! Sometimes I just lie there for a few minutes then I pour the water in my coffee pot to get it going. I think I look so forward to the coffee and the smell of it brewing that I am ready to get up and going pretty fast! I lay there for a little bit, but then I'm good to go. If I lay there too long, I will go back to sleep as I do not sleep too well!

Here's what I've learned through my old age of 24-the longer you stay in bed once you've waken up, the harder it is to get up. So once your eyes are open, get up and stay up! =D
Just try it - once your eyes are open, don't even think about "ohhh it's too early" blah blah blah. Don't make excuses - just get up. And start moving. Once that blood is flowing, laziness begone! It's like magic. Trust me, I know! ;-)

every morning I feel this way except Sunday. Sunday I can sleep a little longer since I go into work in the afternoon.

yes, every day is promise of richs, abandent life, it is blank cheque with a promise to pay of happyness, luck, cheer, promise of adquete power to work out our day to day rutine, as the old china proverb goes; when you wake up in the morning you were entrusted with blank cheque (promise)of love, friendship, compassion, adquate strength. it all depends on our outlook to utilise it in right sense and right spirit of youth and promising future. Seasons greetings and all the best wishes.

I dont know about you guys but i absolutley love this. I tell my parents to wake me up early just so i can do this its not a bad habit its that blissful state in-between sleeping and being awake its wonderful. Its not a bad habit normally i just get up when they finally tell me its time to really get up.
