hell0 sunilparthan... 0ne of the m0st challenging things in life is appeasing and pleasing our boss....... my p0int of view, every b0ss is different, some are m0re difficult than others, but they all expect t0 s0me degree stellar performances fr0m their employees.... t0 that we must always be an insightful employee! Always go ab0ve and beyond your j0b description. it's assumed that an empl0yee will try to exceed expectati0ns..... B0ss l0ve it when s0meone actually exceeds those set expectati0ns. This might please them m0re than anything else..... try t0 always be a consistent worker..........N0thing grates 0n a b0ss more than a chronically late 0r absent worker. If y0u are not sick and are tempted t0 call in sick, don't do it. If you are constantly late, wake up earlier, leave earlier. You should never take advantage of your employer. They are doing you a fav0r, and you are d0ing them a favor in return. Live up t0 you end of the bargain. This is pretty basic stuff,bvt it's considered fundamental for a reason. you als0 can always try y0ur best t0 follow pr0cedure.......Bosses tend t0 get cranky when an employee develops an insubordinate attitude. I've seen people get fired for this sort of nonsense, so don't do it......... happy myl00ting!!!

hi sunilparthan! I think that how to make the boss feel important is first, to make him feel that he is superior than you are, and you treat him with respect. Updating him when it comes to your work is very good. Try having small talks with him, and talk about anything not just about work. Its good to have a bit of a personal touch with him so you can be closer (but not the too personal topics). Also, I believe that by just doing your job the best way you can, and by loving it will mean alot to your boss :)
