Phone you can suggest for me...

I suggest Nokia 6300 for you.You will get all these features in it. The memory is expandable up to 2 GB,2 Mega pixel camera. Its really a cute set with metal body. It will be very much comfortable for you to use.

If I am right Nokia 5130 is your right choice,. I do not know whether it has a radio, bu it has all the other stuff which you have asked for and in India it costs about Rs.6,000 to 6,500/ which is roughly about $140. There is one more mobile in Motorola, I do not remember the number, but which has all the facilities you have asked for and this costs hardly $75 to $80.

I think nokia 6233 is best mobile.I think it is a little more than 140$.But it has all the feautures you asked for.

I guess most mobile phones have all the features u require.. All nokia phones shouls have that kind of features as long as it has got mp4 and camera functions.. BUt to get it for around $140, it might be slightly difficult.. Because of the high megapixel for camera, that's gonna cost u some money, and with a mp4 as well?? Be ready to fork out at least $200, i think.. UNless u are willing to wait for some time, with newer models coming out, only then, those existing models will fall within your budget ^_^

Hey as according to ur budget u can take nokia 3110c or 6233 these are the good sites and they mainly run by java and so u can get al the softwares relating to it.. they have a usb port the memory card can be expanded upto 2 gb or 3110c its a really very good hand set which i have seen in a very reasonalble budget
