Some people just don't have patience for everything. My girlfriend for instance, she can't wait in line for more than 3 minutes. She can't just sitting down and read a book peacefully for over 10 minutes. Otherwise, she might just feel bored. Patience is the gold, we all need patience to think through things, or to make better decisions. Although I am not the most patient person in the world, I try to train myself to be patience on everything. What about you?

Well, be patient for me is easier said than done. I do know pacience is one of the virtue that cherished by everyone. Jusk like you, I try to train myself and it doesn`t work. Maybe I can do things more efficient that never take too much time. Have a good day!

It almost sounds like you are describing Attention Deficit Disorder rather than a lack of patience. I love to read and can sit for a long time reading a book sometimes. It is very hard for me most of the time because I always feel like it is so hard to sit still. I almost feel like it is wrong to sit still if that makes any sense. The only time I have a problem waiting in line, etc., is when I have too many things to do and not enough time to do it all. Maybe your girlfriend has too many jobs and feels like she must rush.
Patience for me means being quiet when I am tempted to speak and say something that is not edifying. Patience is also waiting for an outcome on something or accepting how a person is without trying to change them. Patience is not peeking at a birthday or Christmas present before it is time to open it. After over 50 years, I am still working on that one!

There are some people in the world who are supposed to be hyperactive. They need to do something all the time, and standing in queues or reading is not one of them. Patience is a virtue but has to be developed. I think I am quite patient and it comes as you grow up. So it will come to her too in time. Relax.

All I can say is "NO" People tell me I am but I don't feel it sometimes! Good for you for trying!
