Verified paypal account,pls help me out

I could have made thousands of dollar online since 2005, but because i can't get a verified paypal account i cant do that. Now, i have business that can earn me hundreds of dollars a month, but i need verified paypal account. Can somehere give me his/her account with $0.00 balance or help me get one. Paypal has refused to add my country to member nations. Please help me get a verified paypal account and i will pay you 20% of what i earn or let me use your account and you wilk send 70% of my earning to me through western union or liberty reserve. where are you living ?
1. you can go to other country and open an bank account there, then use their internet banking service.
2. in the address, just select any country though your country is not in the list, it ok because PAYPAL don't send any real money to you. you can use your paypal money to do internet shopping, most of web shopping accept paypal.
3. to verify account, you need to give PAYPAL an credit card account, then only they can make sure is not a con.

Hi, I'm from the Philippines. What if I don't have a credit card? I have a paypal account but I can't give paypal a credit card account. Will I still receive my pay? how? Thanks

You can't withdraw your money from PayPal if you don't have a verified account -- if you're from the Philippines. Unionbank is the only bank (as of now) that is affiliated with PayPal. You can get an EON card in unionbank. Go to their site to learn more. You will just have to pay Php300+ to get the card and a recurring fee of the same amount per year.

well i have a paypal verified and exactly u can do one thing by this u can transfer your paypal balance to mine paypal and i will give it to your LR...

Sad to hear that from you. I always want to help each and every member of mylot. this is the thing that i can offer you for you to get your money from paypal. i have a verified paypal account, all you have to do is top send to me and once I have get the money, i have to send it you through western union,that is the thing that I can do for you. but with it, you have to provide me all your information so that the transaction that we are going to do will be successful. As far as I know, Nigeria, is not yet included on the countries that can verify the paypal account. So what do you think of my idea. Do'nt worry, i can be trusted.

Please if you can give me your, then i will pay you 30% of my earning every 3 month through moneybooker, liberty reserve or western union. Or if you can convince a friend who doesn't have paypal account and then use his/her data to verify an account and give to me.
