high heels or flat?

I love high heels. I think I may have 3 or 4 pairs of shoes that do not have a heel on them. All of my other shoes have a heel. I am already tall, but I love the extra height a nice stiletto gives me. As far as them being bad for your health, you have to moderate your use. You say that you only wear them to parties. That's good. I wear my flat shoes about 3 days a week, on the weekends I wear tennis shoes during the day and if I go out at night, I strap on the high heels! :) That way you are giving your back a rest. But other than that heels are good for the leg muscles. Wearing them consistently will give you great defenition in your calf muscles and your thigh muscles. don't disobey your parents, (I dont know how old you are) but if you are over 18 wear those heels girl! :)

I love high heels but I only wear them if I am dressed up to go out and it depends on where I am going. Sometimes I don't like to wear them because my feet end up hurting but otherwise I do because I like the way they look on me. Other times I wear flats if I am just going to class or going to the store.

I cannot wear high heels because I have a lot of feet problems that cause pain when I walk, even in flats and tennis shoes. But I love wearing flats that are stylish and cute. If I could get away with it, I'd wear heels on occasion, but I simply cannot wear them at all.
