do you eat ice cream after dinner every day?

i'm not big into ice cream although once in a while I will have some. I have two children now (ages 7 & 5) and Wednesday nights are dessert night. If we go to a party or out to dinner then that's different...but at home - I do not give them dessert every night. I think that's a bad habit for children to learn. It's those bad habits that lead to obesity (not in everyone - but in many). I teach them that sugary treats are just that - treats and not to be expected every single day. But that's just me... Hey there! When I was younger, we'd usually have dessert after dinner. Not ice cream all the time but it was one of the regular desserts we'd have. I still have ice cream every once in a while after dinner.

I love ice cream but it is so fattening my husband has it every night but I only eat it about once a month. I didn't eat it much as a kid though.

I used to eat ice cream often times, once a week. It will makes you fat if you eat frequently. Lessen to eat ice cream kid. Well anyway ice cream is the most all time favorite by people around the world. So I think that is your favorite because you're always eating it every dinner. Isn't it?

my husband eats ice cream everyday and its not good for him hes diabetic.....it like vanilla i like chocolate ice cream myself.
