pizza sauce vs. spaghetti sauce

Is there a difference between these two? What would it be? just wondering. I'm asking you expert cooks on here.

IMO pizza sauce is thinner and has more oregano and usually more basil in it. I don't believe pizza sauce has garlic in it either.

it depends in what way you will prepare pasta and pizza as well!!so there should be not so much difference between that because you should start from the same sauce to prepare pizza or spaghetti one!!probably there are different sauces for pasta and so the simplest one such as that one beased just on tomato simple i te sme you use to prepare spaghetti !!so if you like more you can add some spicies too on pizza or pasta but the base is the same!!

I just used spaghetti sauce on the pizza I was preparing. It really turned out OK. I thought it was just fine the way that it was. I had tons of spaghetti sauce, but would have had to buy pizza sauce.

Hello good day! Well, the above mentioned are both good with pasta it only depends on what preference you have if you want some spice or sweet its actually up to you. But I like the Pasta with the Pizza sauce! Yummy! Lolz
