I have found a few easy ways to make money online. If you don't mind, I would like to add my referral tag in exchange for providing you this information.
PPCs and HYIPs are either very, very risky or are quite annoying because having to click several sites everyday to make a few pennies per click has driven me out of these types of sites. I have had experience with these sites, even the survey sites, but to me, I do not find any purpose in doing the extra work to make money on these sites.
To make money online, people should enjoy making their money without doing much work. Mind you, although you may not make instant money, you do not have to much more work outside of what you normally do.
The following two sites I will highly recommend:
The first one is Scour:

This site is an integration of Google, Yahoo and Windows Search. Basically, you have to do a total of 6,500 searches, votes and/or comments to earn $25.00 and 12,500 points to earn $50.00. The reward will be in the form of a Visa Gift Card. If you have 3,250 searches and one vote for each search, this could dramatically shorten the time for you to earn your first reward. Remember, although it may not be much, you are getting paid to do what you would normally do online. I am not sure if this program is offered in many other countries, so it may be important to ask. Also, this site is very reputable, gaining a CNET Webware 100 Winner Award (Check the front page of this site.)
The second one is Bigcrumbs:

This site is a must for online shoppers. Except for a few online stores, this site has several brand name stores where you could earn money back by doing the shopping through the website's link (ie. eBay, Best Buy, Staples, Banana Republic, and much, much more). They pay by Paypal, and I have receive all my neccessary payments so far. If you average about $2000 in online spending a year and you earn about 4.00% for each of your purchases, that's an extra $80.00 in your pocket just for purchasing things online.
Both these programs offer a referral program, which is another way to make a little more money.
