I am having a very old mobile phone. Guess what, my hubs just bought a new mobile phone for me today. I am so happy I get a new mobile phone with many good features. So what can I do with the old mobile phone. I am considering to own 2 mobile phones. But is it going to be a waste? Or I should sell out the old phone and get some cash in my hands. What do you think? Do you own more than 1 mobile phones?

Hello Celineml, Thanks for your response! Getting 2 cell phone at first I think is a burden for you. But I see you use 2 cell phone there is saving more money. Since you register your cell phone with both Maxis and digi, then you can use one phoe for your digi family and friends another for maxis friend. For me, I am using celcom, previously is maxis.

Hi Celine, I also not happy with celcom. But my hub is using celcom and I am his sup line. I agree with you , celcom is quite expensive, I pay RM0.30 for 1 minute call. But what is good is we get 20 hours free talk time between my hub and me. So it is free for me to call my hub.

I used to own two mobile phones but I currently have one mobile phone at the moment and its a dual sim phone so I am using two mobile numbers in one mobile phone. Its almost new and has a lot of features as well like camera, radio and music player, email functions, bluetooth, MMS and a lot to offer. I think you should sell your old phone and buy a dual sim phone instead.

you can give your old mobile fone to like a thrift store where they sell used stuff. normally, the thrift stores are made out of christian people who are selling these used items that they've collected from church groupls,s etc. we've got a thrift store down here where we live, and i always give my old used things that i don't use anymore . to them.

Here in the United States we can donate our old phones to a place that reconditions them and they are then given to the elderly so that they have a cell when they are out shopping or because they don't have a home phone. Giving them this cell gives them a way to call for help if they are ill or fall, or when they are out and break down, some elderly could afford the monthly service, which through my carrier is very cheat but couldn't afford to buy the phones. I think this is a good way to use the old phones we no longer need.

Yes i do have many phones too, actually i had 3 phones before this , i had gave my N3310 to a friend of mine to use. While the other two more is also a nokia phone which is N-Gage QD and N1112. I use N-gage QD to play games and play video files which nowadays i do not use it. While the N1112 i use it daily at work, due to it is light, simplicity and has not bulky to use or to bring everywhere i go to work. If you sell your old phones, in return you wil be getting some cashes. Which later you may decide what todo with it. If you are gonna buy a new phone, make sure you will be using it, make sure that it has more features such as sms, voice calls, GPRS, MMs, WLAN (wireless lan area network)
