What has Obama done so far?

Any opinions? good/bad? Will people give up on him before he has a chance to make a change? Things take time but what has he done up to this date??

I am not totally sure what he is up to but all of the other countries seem to like him so that is a start. Another thing that just passed is the price of cigs they are going up to 13 dollars a pack. So that will help the country in some ways.
