If you speak English as well as you type it I can't see that you would have much trouble at all. One suggestion I would have is that you keep it simple. Do not worry about using big words or thoughtful expressions. Just talk like you normally would to anyone in any language. The more simple you make it the better off you will be because everyone will understand you then. You do well. Please do not worry about it and you will do well. If a greeting is what you are looking for the suggestion I have would be to simply say "Hi, how are you?" That shows that you are interested in them and would like to know how that are. You could replace "Hi" with "Good Morning" Or "Good Evening" or even "Good day". Just keep it simple and you will do fine.

Just take it easy, when I was in china, I also afraid to talk with foreigner, because of shy to show my poor english. When I went to philippine, I found speak english is very easy. At that time, you have so many things need you do yourself, and you have no choice, you will open your mouth to speak english, not to be shy any more. At first few day you will feel not comfortable, but when you pass those days, you will find speak english is so easy.

i learned English because i had no choice. i came to US and i went to school. there was only one other person in my school who spoke my language, so i learned it rather fast... you need to start speaking english on regular basis. also watching TV in English helps, you hear how words have to be pronounced...

Just be brave. I am a Chinese girl, and I still remember what Li Yang said in his crazy English," Do not be shy, just try". So what you need to do is just believe in yourself, keep practicing and practicing, do not dare to express wrong or something like that. After some time, you will find you have already improved a lot.
