How to add adsense search box to my blog ?

I have recently started working with google adsense and added the adsense gadget to my blog. But I would also like to add The adsense search box code to my blog. Does anyone know how to do it ?

CAn I ask... why does anyone want a search box on their blog so that readers can leave the blog to go elsewhere? Don't you want to keep your traffic on your blog and not send them elsewhere? I don't understand the point of giving your readers the option of going elsewhere... why don't you want to keep them for yourself? What am I missing?

you can also make the settings such that the result is displayed in your blog itself :-D I will use that so that my users do not leave my blog and go somewhere else.
