i want to inquire you that did they ask for the sum of money 22500Rs service tax on the advance check of 1000000 Rs prior to the installation of the tower on my plot? just to ensure us that they are not fake.

Hello Rajnitin, First of all, I could not get the exact price they are willing to pay, i.e. Rs 30,000 per ... ???? If it's per square meter, then it's too good a deal to let go, even after you consider the seemingly long 20 year period for it. It might be per year but it sounds too low a fee to get into such a deal. All the best!

I have seen what you people were talking about and what i feel is that. even before you think about all this just think about your building capacity (can it really bear that load and stuff like that). It is your building that is to be given the first priority rather than the money that you might get. Just as what you have said they might take over the building so if you are doing that type of deal with take all the legal precautions like agreement and make sure that you renewal them.
