How to be not addicted to the net??

In this world of internet people are addicted to it like hell. I would like to know how to be not addicted to the net and at the same time be active in the net. Well one thing i feel is we should give ourselves a limited amount of time period when the internet should be used and follow it under any circumstances.

Well prashanth i am not in a position to guide you but as a friend i cam just tell you to follow the words of Swami Vivekanada's words. "Conquer yourself and the World is Conquered". So that explains every thing.

Well,if you have the ability to following a timelist,you sure have the ability to be not addicted to the net without a timelist.In my opinion,we should do something which we also like and does good to us,like playing balls,reading books or travelling to the nearby places.
