How often it is good for health using Oven..................?

My wife at home she prefers using oven even for small small things that can be done on gas very quickly and easily she uses it for preheating the food stuff even for 3 times for the same food stuff and for the same quantity she uses every time she needs. iam afraid is the rays of are good for health.A ny suggestions ?
