regarding blogspot problem

hi ti mylotians,
i have a serious problem regarding my blog hosted on blogspot.com. my situation are listed following:
01. i CAN login into my dashboard
02. i CAN edit page element
03. i CAN change the blog theme
04. i CAN write and publish new post
So what is the problem?
No matter how i change my theme, edit page element, create and publish new post but there is no change after i open the blog. The post stuck on 20 April 2009 (my last post) i cannot post new or change my theme.
for you information i used custom domain.

You might forgot to save your settings.
After logging in to your dashboard, you must go to layout change the settings you want, see there is always a option of saving your work. For example in page elements section in right top there are options of preview, clear edits, and SAVE.
So save it.
