This is a simple question im gonna ask you...
would you change?
Would you turn into another person?
The plastic one may not be interesting for you anymore.
Because all you want are diamonds and gold...
your plates must be gold... and your bedroom just like a princess diaries room or prince of England's room...
and your closet just turn into a boutique...
if you are a guy, you must have the best shoes around the world with the most famous fashion brand... and you have sets everyday...
and you dont need general transportation, because you even have your own helicopter or private jet!
Or for women, you have diamonds for hair to toes... and you will have a drastic change even your skin...
shoes and bags are properly arranged like mall... and you just walk without worry that you will have trouble with money... hahah
For me, may be a little change...
I may interested to buy some jewels, but not too much.
It may make people look me bad, that im so rich, they wont talk to me...
they afraid to do so! hahaha
just maintain my old self... i love the way i am...

Thats what wealthy people do...
they are smarter than rich people...
and i will probably invest my money, the same as what you think.
Why not to start a business that will give you another million?
then getting more million after million...
ahahaha...
the more money i will earn, i will help more the poor people...
im just too lucky to be wealth! (i mean in this case) hahaha
Thanks to reply me.

my boyfriend won the lottery for 3mil and boy did he change so much. from head to toe! he started buying expensive clothes and shoes around 500 each. expensive watch and wallet, pretty much everything that you can think of. 3 houses and spread it among families...
i got some sprinkles of the sweet rain too.
but then he started partying all night long. quit his job and start to have headache finding a good business to start. all sorts of people approached him, real and FAKE! I watched from afar and it is funny to see some people who are willing to kiss you *ss because they know you have money. even long lost relatives who never really care for him before this.
i must say, money change the way you are, change the way you live. The more money you have, the more you want.
if i become a millionaire one day (please, oh please God!). I will give my mum and sisters the first priority. buy them house and give them big amount of cash. and then i will spoil myself buying things that i wanted all my life. Expensive car maybe... won't change the way i dress, just change the brand (haha)..

That really is a shame, that people change so much. When he is broke again, he will come crawling back. It's happened more times than once.

I dress for comfort more than fashion. Although I wouldn't want to wear crazy-looking clothes, I wouldn't wear height of fashion clothes if I felt uncomfortable in them. I used to as a teenager, but those days are well and truly over. I think I may even go the other way if I became a billionaire, and dress crazy, just to prove I could - as long as I was comfortable! - Derek

I don't change my lifestyle and my personality. People going to criticize you if you are a trying hard to fit in the high society. Like what are happening in the mother of Manny Pacquiao people making fun of her because she can't change her image despite the clothes, jewelries or luxuries. You can't change who you are even if you are rich. If I'm rich I think I'm going to treat myself like travelling abroad and buying personal things for myself and my family. I'm not going to change who I was and my lifestyle if I a millionaire.

For me, I will just change a little on my get ups. To start, I'll buy my own house and lot. Filled it up with complete house appliances, gadgets, furniture's. I would like to buy also my dream car - Pathfinder. Then, I want to put up a small business enterprise with my husband as my partner. I would also do some charity works, donate ample amount to our church and all the rest to the bank. In addition, I also want ti venture to other places abroad with my family.

Here is just a quick tip. On the land, start looking around, and pay attention to contract details. Be sure you can afford the peice that you have in mind, and do shop around until you find that special peice. Once you have done that, then check out the local movers, and who is the cheapest. Keep watching the paper, someone will eventually give away a mobile home for you to move to your land.

I wouldn't change much as a person...but yes, I'd get better stuff than I get for myself now. I might get a bigger place and a better lifestyle. I might buy the things that I can't afford to get now even if I want to.
But the basic person me will not change....and that will reflect in the clothes I wear even if they might be a little more expensive stuff than what I buy now.

Well, I will still dress the way I am. I will buy some clothes that will match my taste and style. I do my own designs for my get-up and of course, I make sure that my clothes will fit the current trends or certain occasions. Despite the grandeur, I will still remain simple yet COOL!!!
If I will be a millionaire, I'd rather spend my money investing a lot of projects and I will also contribute to charity.

Hello manya_pearl,
I might change in certain aspects like the way I dress, the places I go and spend most of my time and definitely, I won't get head ache anymore, thinking about money. I think another big problem for me if I ever become multi millionaire is that, it is hard to find a true friend. I don't have to worry, going into places and people don't want to speak to me as when I am rich and famous, people will definitely eager to be my friends. I think I might change a bit but if this really happens to me, I just hope I can still be my usual self

one thing i would change is buying better made shoes for my foot problems. i cannot afford expensive shoes so i buy cheap and they do not have the support i need. i would also buy better clothes for my son than shopping at kmart and walmart and such but that is all we can afford at this time. i would buy a new watch as mine broke and i hate not knowing what time it is but i would not buy anything extravagant or expensive. i would buy better quality but i would not be extravagant because i do not think there is any need for that. we would no longer go withtout though, that is for sure.

Hello, for me I would not change. Yes a Million dollars is a lot to change my cloths and my style. Yes I would buy some nice cloths and buy my hubby and children some new nice cloths too. As for jewelery I would not buy any new diamonds or gold. What I do is become a better person only because to me money is nothing. Love is what matters most, so I would take the rest I had left after getting my bills caught up and after buying a house for us and buying some cloths, I would donate a good 30 precent of what was left to be split between the Cancer foundation and the St.Judes. For me I would not want to be greedy with it. Only because if I donate I will have done what I always wanted to do with helping out with the foundations that means the most to me. I would not be able to live with myself if I did not put any of that money to good use. Oh yeah the rest of the money that did not get donated would go for clothing, shoes, dishes and food to help the poor out in the Afirica area and around the other parts of the world that needs all the help that they could get. The way I see it is why should I keep all the money for myself when I have what I need and there are so many people that have nothing at all, so why not put some smiles on their faces and have so that they have stuff the need also. So that is what I would do with the Million Dollars. I think that we all should think long and hard about this discussion before responding. Great Discussion.

I would like to start off with saying thank you for the best response. For me I have cancer of the cervix and was told that I would most likely not be able to have any more children. Plus my best friend is a Cancer surviver of cervix cancer. I noticed that now days cervix cancer has became more common. So if there was more research for cancer to cure all cancer that would be awesome. But at the long run I think any donations to any foundation for cancer research is great. I like your idea for the education foundation.

I wouldn't change the cloths I wear.
The cloths I wear today are the cloths I'm comfortable with.
I would rather invest the money so that I can expand my income.

I would pay off my bills, do some remodeling, and make sure my grand kids had money for their college education. I have a sister and a couple of friends that i would take care of also.

I don't think I would change the way I dress. My dressing has been my trademark for ages and changing into something else will not change the real me. I am still who I am even though I am a millionaire. Money, in the absence of right values, can also push us into a purposeless existence. Leading an aimless life, people drift easily into bad habits and indulge in excesses.

Thia might be a common question for young girls. In most cases, there will be some changes, as you get the financial resources for better quality and higher rank dress for your appearance, but more important is to upgrade your inner power through education or skill trainings, and in turn identify the right combination of both, so that you will present yourself as someone well accepted in all communities.

lol,it's really an interesting discussion.
i must admit i'll change.but not much.cause i know what life style i want,no matter i'm a millionaire or not.
if there's such a chance, first pls allow my selfish,i want to let my parents, brother, and dear relatives live a better life.
second, i want to buy a better car than expected, and a villa in some green and beautiful place. i do like the environment to be very clean, green, and beautiful, not the one with lots of stops or tall buildings.
third,i do like to use the money to invest, helping increase the human being's GDP.
last,i like to use the left money to help the poor in the world.it will let me feel my value in the world.
but the reality now is ...lol,just keep fighting...
