Yes i believe that laughter is the best medicine, whenever i am angry i find myself smiling or laughoing just to forget anything bad. When i have problems i also laugh and smile with the problem. And sometimes when i am angry or have problems i watch some comedy show or movie just to forget the problem and i am glad that somehow it is worth it. In the tv shows that i watch one of the doctor said that laughter is the best medicine so i believe in him and thats what i practice now, so many problems in life just smile and laugh with it

Thanks for your response.I agree that watching comedy flicks can help us get rid of anger and laughter is indeed a great stress-buster.We should keep smiling through our problems or else life will prove very depressing for us.Laughter is the ebst solution.Keep smiling!

Have you ever tried thinking of your problems while having a realy good laugh? Laughter makes you forget, even if it is just for a moment, about your bad cercumstances. After a good laugh one feels more relaxed as well.
I read an article recently about a man who started what he calls, laugh yoga. It is nothing like yoga but in the sessions he gets people to start laughing spontaniously. These laugh yoga lessons have become very popular and has spread to many countries around the world. It is said that those who participate are living less stressfull lives and are much happier overall. They also cope better with most things in live.
So, keep on laughing, go to sick people and laugh with them and lets all be happy.

Thanks for your response. It shows good insight and has got me thinking too. :-) Even I have heard the concept of laugh yoga. In fact we have laughing clubs in India. People join these clubs to reduce stress levels;you laugh on along with others and it is supposed to be a great stress-booster. I'm thinking of joining such a club now! Thanks for reminding me!

I think its true and it does work for me. There are times that I laugh instead of crying when I angry, thats why my bf said it seems that I am not angry because I still laugh. Laughter is also good as a stress buster in the workplace.

I laugh when i'm stressed out. it work for me, i'm very healthy now. though i think i should thank my diet for it. ever since i became raw vegan all my health problems vanished. but they say laughter prolongs life too. as far as i see it, even if it doesn't, it makes life more pleasant. stress is bad for your immune system, but if you can beat it with laughter, why not.

I think laughter is very good for each of us, it could relieve us from the sorrow and make us feel quite good about ourselves. However, I cannot understand why laugh even when they are angry, this is so weird to me. When I am angry, I think I could not laugh, and I just want to listen to some music or have a walk.
