My kids absolutly love Ramen noodle. IT's cheap and easy to make even in the microwave. IN the past year they have dicovered they like eatting the uncooked noodle. I thought they were weird but it's really not too bad. My hubby likes to add it crushed for a lil extra crunch in salads in place of crutons. Have you ever eaten uncooked Ramen Noodle? What did you think of it?

My sons discovered it a few years ago as teenagers and I tried it at their insistence but I wasn't impressed. I love Ramen cooked but I can't afford the calories and salt it contains so it's a rare treat for me. I love Ramen noodles with peas. My favorite is chicken but they've added some flavors recently that I would love to try!

I usually only use half the seasoning packet and save the rest for cooking other things that may call for bullion cause that's really all it is.

I have eaten raw Ramen Noodles. I think they taste good either way. Just be careful about giving them to your kids raw. I don't know how old your kids are, but I know when I was a kid, my mother wouldn't let me eat raw noodles because they are sharp and could get stuck in my throat. Raw Ramen noodles are softer than other kinds of raw noodles, like spaghetti, but just be careful.

had actually asked our Dr about it and she said it was fine, different but fine. I think my kids like the crunch more than anything.
