For me avast is the best because avast has the biggest database of viruses and with him have no problems, it has the possibility to defend the entrance viruses with web sites,e-mails and scans the computer all the time when the inflammation.sry for my bad english

I'm using Kaspersky since 2007 and i didn't get a single virus attack on my PC.. Now i'm using Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 in Windows 7(Till yesterday i was using it in Vista). Its a gr8 anti-virus and offer complete protection..and the real thing.... it didn't slow down the PC unlike Norton or other heavy anti-viruses..... As i've dual-booted my system so i also have XP-64 bit edition in which i use AVG Total Internet Security 8.5. It is also a good anti-virus which take care of all kind of programs and malicious codes...but i feel that it slow the PC that's why i use it in XP and not i Vista or Windows 7. So from my point of view Kaspersky or AVG is the best choice!!!!

I don't use any of them 3. At this current time i am using AVG free, which surprisingly has kept me rather safe with the amount of downloading / browsing i do on a daily basis. So to be honest, i don't have a view on any of the three you've typed.

i think there are several anti-virus which they can b suitable for security so in many cases they would be equal too..but normally i like more as avg, kaspersky and nod too!!bitdefender it is ok but whe i tried i did not found so much improvement as with avg one or kaspersky too...avira never tried in reality...

well for me norton is probably the best antivirus but it lets our systems work a bit slower thats why i prefer to use avast.......i am using it for last 2 years and i have never suffered to any problem regarding virus.......if u have permanent internet connection because its free and it automatically gets updated within a minute.........so try it

If you have asked to select any one among the given three means I will choose Kaspersky, though this has the advantage of long update time. But in general, none of the anti virus software will remove all of the infections and spy ware from our computers as the number of internet threats are increasing everyday. Many times, I have tried to remove the infections from my systems with so many anti virus software as no one removed. As I did not like to loose my data, I tried with nearly 8 anti virus software by installing and uninstalling one by one and scanning with them. It took me two whole days to complete the scanning process. But all the software failed. Finally I happened to format the system. Because of this I made a "research" on the anti virus software and I have listed nearly 40 anti virus software in my blog.

I am currently using bitdefender and i must say it is working good for now.....although i liked quickheal a lot, what it does is heals the file rather than deleting it, most of the anti-virus just deleted the file containing the virus and hence you tend to loose important data if you have one.......hence i prefer quickheal.....i should buy one soon !!!!

I have used Norton, Symantec, Avira, Kaspersky and finally moved on to Bitdefender. So far Bitdefender has satisfied my expectations regarding virus or malware attacks. I also recommend avira and kaspersky as they are also both good but I switched to bitdefender because of the fact that it is ranked 1st in the top ten anti virus/spyware/malware and it lives up to its ranking. It has a lot of good features and I really like their logo.

I never used these. But I feel eTrust EZ antivirus is the best because of its ease of use and scanning capabilities.

Currently using Kaspersky XD i've tried most of the Anti Virus software, somehow i'm still preferring kaspersky because it can scan the most virus, trojan and etc.

I would go for bitdefender , it is the best available. Great protection, automatic updates and it won't make the system slow. I like kaspersky too it's also a great antivirus but some times it slows down the system. But i don't rely on avira i think it's a waste of time

hey dude kaspersky slows down only when it gets updated, other things its fast:-) but i feel bitdefender occupies much memory than kaspersky and it doesnt have pause resume feature which is highly irritating....we want an antivirus only for protection and defending and not to occupy our whole pc..bitdefender occupies our pc and blocks many apps..
