anyone tell me how can i add a new post in blog without having change in main page

ok well to do this first you have to tell us which blogging service do you use. If you are using wwordpress than you can login into your admin pannel go to setting and from this settings select front page option use static page and use your homepage as default and categorise your new post

i am also a new blogger, i have my free website in webs.com is this good to have a domain in this web.com. Please read my website and advise me of what to do on this. I want to earn my website of course. Its only 3 weeks old site. There are only an average traffic of 27 sometime 3 were only view. Give me an advise.

You can add another column to be 3-column blog. Everything about how to do it, very well explained by THREE COLUMN BLOGGER - http://www.threecolumnblogger.com/ Surf the blog site page and follow the instructions given. You can also add extra widgets.
