When I was in college, there are school years wherein I have to toss school work and my partime job but there are instances I have to be a fulltime student.
I do enjoy both situation. I am wondering how other myloters can say about this?
What are you when you are still a student?

Hello.
Good for you that atleast you already had experience of working.
Me' i'm a full time student. I wish i could be a scholar or a working scholar so that i can help my parents in paying for my tuition fees, but they didn't want me to become one, my mom said that i need to focus on my studies because my course is a hard one, they also think that i may not be able to cope up with my studies because there'll be no time for me to study since i'll render service in school if ever i become a scholar, anyway, though i want to do something about it, i just can't because there are some requirements that i need from my parents which they'll not give to me.
Happy mylotting

Hi. I have been a full time student and held a full time job before. I am a student right now but sadly was laid off. When I was employed I was both a full time employee and student and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I attend an online accredited college right now and I enjoy that much better.
Happy myLotting!!

I am currently a full-time student, wife, and part-time worker. I was carrying two part-time jobs during the last school year, but one was work study, so it ended last semester. I'm hoping to get another work study job this year again because it was very convenient and fun to have.
A lot of people don't want their children working while being in college, but I don't see anything wrong with it. Neither of my parents have the money to pay for my college and I can't get enough financial aid, so if I want to go to college then it's up to me to pay for it and I can't pay for it without a job. My college work hasn't suffered. Sometimes my sleep does, but usually I budget my time just fine. I still carried a 3.6 by the end of this year, which I think is a pretty good grade, especially considering how tough this college was (a lot tougher than the community college I went to last year--and a lot more expensive!). But it's well worth it for me to juggle everything I do and I wouldn't trade anything!
