Hands down it was Michael Thurmond's "Six Week Body Makeover." As my metabolism picked up the weight just dropped off which was really good being in my 40's at the time. It was an easy plan to stick to and it only involved me having to prepare food a couple of times a week. It worked good for being on the go because the meals and snacks are small and easy to take with you.

that's very, very interesting! i never heard of the "six week body makeover" but will find out about it. :) small meals and snacks sounds like a great idea. weight watchers emphasizes portion control, too.

Hm..Interesting! Weight Watchers hasn't seemed to work for any of my family who have been on it. Weird. But for me..I've MAINTAINED my weight for about 2 years and that's from the help of running and becoming a vegetarian. I would like to LOSE more in the future - but I at least I've lost a little and haven't gained any of it back. What kind of exercise regimen have you been following, out of curiousity?
