you have to buy a new one because the sim card is not functioning anymore, and it won't help to repair it. anyway, sim cards are inexpensive nowadays, so I guess you can immediately buy a new one.

Hello and I must say am proud to be pinoy as well. well, it's either the sim is busted or something is wrong with your phone. i suggest if it's sims, then buy a new one, if it's cell-phone, have it fixed or buy a new one as well. have a great day

There are many factors that can cause problems associated with the SIM Card and not necessarily the problems caused by the SIM Card, among other factors the causes are:
Software problem or error locks (Operating System not able to read the mobile phone SIM card because there was an error in the system)
SIM card damaged (damage is caused by the SIM Card is damaged so can not my phone)
SIM card connector bad connect
Simcard damaged connector (For the tool determines connectivity between mobile phone and SIM card connector is a key factor main cause of damage)
Driver support is broken (dioda, capasitor, resistor and transistor)
Filter damaged SIM Card
IC Power Problems
CPU Problems
Disconnect line SIM card

Its mean your sim card is broken. And have to change with a new one. You could have a new sim card with same phone number if you wish. your phonebook are still there and if you have prepaid card the ammount data plan is still there too.
you just go the the service provider that already there in your home town. ask to replace broken simcard.
it is usual if we often remove the card from its slot.

i think it means that the sim card is expired because you haven't been loading it too often. in the philippines, the expiration of sim cards depends on the provider. for sun and smart i believe they expire after 1 month of not loading it with credits. for globe i think it's a month and a half. if you're from the philippines and the number is really that important to you, you can have it reactivated. but you have to go to the main office of your provider to do that...

It is either the sim card is expired or defective or the sim card slot on your cellphone has scratch or defective. The problem will be either bad sim card or defective cellphone. Just hope that it is the simcard problem and not the cellphone because sim card is cheaper. Happy myLotting!

Hi, if that is the case, try to insert the sim again. If its not successful after 3 times trying, buy a new sim card for you. Maybe the sim card is not good for your cell phone.
happy mylotting and smile always!

hello. maybe your cellphone is not in good condition anymore or it could also be that you were asked for a PUK code but you didn't enter the correct code for many consecutive times that's why it becomes rejected.
i experienced both situation that's why i can tell it to you now. anyway, i'm not sure if it can be fixed but like mreducator said, you can just buy a new one. happy mylotting to you.
