how to pass data to another page

I have this form in basic html.
The input is for the name
After entering the name, i want to click the submit so that it displays the name i entered in the form on another page
I need to know he coding which u need to catch the data i entered and dislpay it on the action page.....

If you do it in Php, and host it. The user won't have to install php to use it. I don't know how to do it using html.
