My laptop is better

It is nice to hear that your laptop is working fine now. I know a little about computers so I don't need a computer specialist. But even though I know something about computer hardware and software I do mess it up sometimes. I always install software that I want to use or explore and in the process, it makes Windows act funny. I had my laptop for a year and 3 months now and I have reformatted it twice already. The latest was last month. I hope your laptop works well from now on. Cheers

normally if my pc have some problems i don't call the specialist but i will solve it by myself as well!! So naturally for the most common software problems solve them should be not so difficult may be in some cases when problems hardware it cna be hard especially if some components was totally off and so you can see some people to have a suggestion about components and manutenction as well!!

Hi max, as you know I've just moved back to Australia, and the CD drive draw on my laptop is jammed, and it's not showing up on 'my computer' so I'm having a terrible time with my it. I don't know how much it is going to cost in Australia. In Thailand it would be very cheap, but here, well who knows?

Yes, I had the same problem. Thought there might be some bug in the system and so got my AVG programme to do a full scan. Also used some freeware called CCleaner, to try and clear any junk out of the system. Had some problem with email for a day or two where some casino advert kept popping up over the emails. Thankfully, all now appears to be back to normal. Over two years ago now, did have to get a computer specialist to look at my system, when it ceased working at one stage. Apparently I had installed some conflicting anti-virus, anti-spam type programmes... Think it is important to be diligent with computer security, there are so many scammers of various descriptions out there. And generally I get on well with my ...desk top. Have used laptops, which have their advantages, but prefer desk tops my self.

I am always in need of repaitmen because it seems everyone of my posesions are starting to fall apartThis month was the heater (it´s winter, a leak on a faucet (had to replace the whole thing) and the car´s alternator (whatever that is). Besides, Lola ate the conetion of one of my phones and I can´t discover where is the other half to put it together. Still, my life is nice. But I´m worried now about my sister in law who just had cancer surgery in one of her brests yesterday. It seems that when you have passed throgh something difficult (like you just did) the other little things decide to behave. I´m glad for yor computer but take care of yourself PLEASE!!! Love
