how to get adsense account approval ?

Hi friends i have a new blog which is getting more than 300 daily page views currently i am using the adbrite advertising network but there ads are very low paying ads. I was trying to apply for google adsense but my application is rejected everytime. i tried applying using blogspot blogs, than hubpages but no approval till today. anyone please tell me what ishold do to get my application approved by them...
