Did you marry your childhood dream man/girl?

Can someone tell me how you got into this relationship with your wife/husband. Is it the same childhood dream girl/man or it's someone else you met after college? I am asking this because I have seen some people who have married someone whose relationship dates back to those old days like kids. Today they are happily married and share old sweet stories from those days up to now. Tell me how you feel about this.

I did not marry my childhood dream girl. I don't know if this is typical or not but some people go back and hook up with their childhood girlfriends and live happily. Cheers!!

I also did not marry my childhood girl. I met my wife in 1995 but got married in 2005. Cheers, man.
