Handling work and Family

time management...that's all

I wish I know the answer to that question as well. But what I do is make sure the my two days off belong to my family alone. I work in a graveyard shift so, what I do is I don't sleep on the last day of my work week to spend the day with my kids and help my wife with chores and everything. Well, I take at least 3 hours a night during my work off playing computer games and developing a site for my 2 kids. That's 6 hours for me and the rest are for my family.
