Are you the kind of person unknowingly scratches itchy part of their body even if there are other people around?
I know it is but just normal for a my son to sratch his head when I catch him lying at me. And it is also normal to scratch your arm bitten by an insect.
But I know this office guy who scratched his crotch unknowingly even in front of some people. Disgusting! I told him to try to control his mannerisms so as not to make other people laugh at him and/or feel disgusted.

Hello SummerChick,
Yes, I have come across many such people. In fact there was this guy who would keep on pricking his nose with his right index finger all the time and then at the end, he would lend the same hand for a handshake! You really feel bad but it's amazing how such people do not feel it.

Hi, SummerChick. I would never scratch my private area in front of others. This is very disgusting!
If I have a personal itch to scratch, I will make sure that I go somewhere hidden. I don't want anyone to catch me scratching down below. This office guy ought to be ashamed of himself.
